We can start with that. I do have some things I'd like to add
design-wise, but that can be done later. Right now, we should just
decide xml vs sgml (I think its settled in another mail to go with
docbook/xml, which is fine).

hal at foobox.net is best for me (and plenty of spam going there
anyway :).

AFAIK, you need a username and password from tldp, and that gives you
write access to any and all LDP/cvs docs (somebody correct me if
wrong!).
