I don't know if it is relevant, but I plan (a very long time prepared
plan) to summarize some infos about blacklists and the ISP possible
action in this respect.
I had some month ago problem of this sort and with my LUG and we begun
accumulating data (in french for now, but I can make it in english with
bo prblem)
This was NOT intended to be a HOWTO, but why not? It shoul be better
probably incorporated in the anti-spam howto
I will probably began working this in less than two weeks.
