hi
to put it bluntly we cant do a single thing about it.
even if any proprietary company like ms or oracle
wanted to mirror fdl copyrighted pages it can without
any of your acknowledgment or blessings.
thats fdl- freedom for *everyone*
besides it doesnt matter whether you like caldera or
not. ibm will have to fight it on court and caldera
has done some good things to the community too
