I saw an attachment, but there was nothing there to open! Your comment
above about javascript forms and submission was kind of what I
pictured...
Some work is being done right now on a PHP-based solution that will
allow for form-style creation of DocBook XML. As more details are
available, I'd be glad to keep you informed.
