Not everyone lives in places where that is true. Even then, those services
typically cost more than dialup. In some places, the difference is large.
For instance, I can get unlimited 56k dialup service for less then
US$10/month, but a broadband DSL or cable connection costs more than
US$40/month; more than twice as much.
Dialup isn't going away any time soon, even in highly indusrialized countries.

DocBook may be either XML or SGML.
