Hello all,
I have some notes left over from a couple of years ago when I was
finally ready to dump the win32 partition for good and needed to get my
scanner to work under linux. I was amazed today while looking up some
info that there doesn't appear to be a Scanner + Linux HOWTO or the
equivalent. In addition to my notes there is a wealth of info at the
SANE and xsane websites to draw on for compiling a HOWTO for SCSI and
USB equipment.
If the group has no objections (and the info is not already on the TLDP
in an unlikely place I missed), I would like to proceed with this project.
