Thanks for your good and valuable PHP-HOWTO docs!
I noticed one thing that actually misleads many people.
Please correct the page containing "IDE tools for PHP".

a) The following IDE does not belong to Soysal since 2001 (already two
years):
PHPEd (Soyal), an excellent PHP editor (MS Windows)

Proposed link does not contains even old versions of the IDE.
b) PHPEd was aquired by NuSphere Corp and was released as commercial quality
IDE.
I don't know if you want or don't want to publish link to NuSphere PHPEd. I
only want to mention that NuSphere went same way as Zend did and released a
competing product.
According to PHPWELT site, PHPEd is the most used IDE besides commercial
IDEs.

Maguma Studio = 8,03%
PHP Ed = 10,35%
c) PHPEd consists of two IDEs : one for Windows and one for Linux. So PHPED
is not Windows-only IDE.
Please correct the documention to reflect proper and nowadays information.
