And maybe also refer to the GNU.org site somewhere in general, instead of
just to the location of the license.  www.gnu.org/directory might be a
good idea.  You are writing about these tools, after all. 
You can make it more obvious to find the tools, if that is your 
subject; I may have looked over it but anyway, then your reference is hard 
to find.
