Hello all,
I have recently written an introductory article on the use of
traffic control with tcng and htb. It is far from comprehensive,
but currently provides one annotated example. I'd like to solicit
opinions on this document. Is this a HOWTO? (Not yet, I think.)
Is this a mini-HOWTO?
