To use my scripts, you will basically need the following programs:
LYX="/usr/X11R6/bin/lyx"
RUNSED="/usr/local/bin/runsed"
PERL="/usr/bin/perl"
COLLATEINDEX="/usr/share/sgml/docbook/docbook-dsssl-stylesheets/bin/collateindex.pl"
SGMLTOOLS="/usr/bin/sgmltools"
THUMB_PDF="/usr/local/bin/thumbpdf"
OPENJADE="/usr/bin/openjade"
PDFJADETEX="/usr/bin/pdfjadetex"
GZIP="/usr/bin/gzip"
TAR="/bin/tar"
plus the stylesheets of your choice, plus tex, latex, sed and whatever
other programs those ones need. runsed is just a script that - right! -
runs sed.
