You can use a customized stylesheet like the one that the Mandrake
Documentation Project uses (see
http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/doc/project/#layout and
http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/doc/project/pascal/fixingproblems.html)
After downloading the files
http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/doc/project/pascal/manual-print.dsl, and
http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/doc/project/pascal/jadetex.cfg in an
appropiate place, you will have to do something like:
jade -d /path/to/manual-print.dsl
-t tex /usr/share/sgml/docbook/dtd/4.1/docbook.dcl document.sgml
pdfjadetex document.sgml
pdfjadetex document.sgml
pdfjadetex document.sgml
