You choose your Editingtool by choosing a Browser.

Wiki can be used from within lynx. Press ^Xe and voila, you have your
vi. Ofcourse, if your favorite Editor is MS(TM) Word(TM) then you
probably lose, since.. ohwell, you know it yourself.

Anyway, i disagree with using Wiki for HOWTOs, i however would like to
see a HTMLified Version of HOWTOs which are commentable, i.e. some PHP
Skript, which fetches subparts of the Howto by a Parameter it get
passed, and below every single Part there is Room for Readers to comment
the Text, with Questions and Answers. Much like the PHP and Postgresql
Documentation Pages online.

Wiki is a Colaberation Space, no Documentation Utility.
