It occured to me just now that if I set it up so HTML versions of the document 
(since I would convert it to DocBook) had a clickable hyperlink back to the 
original, that it would have the effect of getting others to link to me if they 
chose to post it on their site.  That would actually be pretty cool.

Well, let me think about it some more, but I'm feeling favorable.

I'm curious to know what your opinion would be of leaving this page in any Free 
version of Pointers, References and Values:
