Thanks for this reference, it seems to do everything I want - but I can't get
it working.

I'm processing the XSL using the <xslt> tag in an "ant" build file, but I get
the xi:include errors:

$ ant
Buildfile: build.xml

init:

html-docs:

I have a similar problem when using the XSL transform in the netbeans IDE.
I'm using docbook-xsl-1.58.1.tar.gz. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
