I prepared a small TOC for the new C++ HOWTO. It's at
http://www.cise.ufl.edu/~ppadala/cpp/
The focus is on giving a newbie good enough information to start
programming in C++ on linux.
Lemme know if I missed something. I don't know where to put alavoor's
sections about STL, templates etc... Since we are not teaching C++ in this
document, they should go away or should be put in a seperate document.
Comments, suggestions, updates are welcome.
