What we have here is, then, two competing versions of the Cyrillic
HOWTO. :) I think they could be merged, as Evgenij's HOWTO contains
information that is not present in your document.

...which is why I am suggesting making the current, maintained HOWTO by
Evgenij the current "maintained" version.

I agree; my mention of English was due to the ".en" in the list address.
