Hi Pradeep, thanks for your response, and for your help.
When you do that, please forward the list a copy of the proposed TOC, to
ensure that there is some level of agreement on your proposed ideas.
In the meantime, I'd like to gather one or two more people to help with
the work, if possible. Ideally I'd like the review group assembled by
the weekend so we can get started asap!
