Hi John,

First let me start by saying I'm still new at review coordination, so
pardon me in advance if I miss anything!

This document has been brought to my attention by Joy. Since the C++
HOWTO is extremely relevant, I'd like to have 2-3 people get together
who can perform a technical review. At the same time, either myself or
one of the reviewers can ensure a language review is also conducted.

If you would like to help with that, and if we can round up some
volunteers, that would help immensely. Anyone interested, please let me
know - I would like to discuss the process and address ways to improve
the HOWTO once we have a few people ready to help.

Of course feedback from others, besides the reviewers, is definitely
welcome too!

I hope to make the transition as painless as possible for everyone!

No problem. Feel free to go so far as sharing your thoughts on what
could be improved, and let me know if there's more you want to/can
contribute toward the review of this HOWTO.

Joy, if I missed anything here, please feel free to step in!

Thanks!
