It so happened that the part that I read did have lot of errors. There
were more than just the ones I mentioned. For example: "Unix is C and C
is Unix". Perhaps true 20+ years ago but not so today. My concern was
that the nature of the errors plus the content of her "Women ..." Howto
indicated that the author is prone to make unsubstantiated statements
just like Al Dev does. But in this case she seems willing to mend her
ways.
It could be that what I chose to read was not typical. I don't feel
good about writing this but it's very important to insure that new docs
are at least of good quality.
