Hi Megan,
I can't speak for everyone, but I didn't see anything about this in the
current collection. A search in Google yielded a few, but your outline
seems to offer potentially more complete documentation than what I was
able to find at a glance.
Looks also like at one point LDP had a VNC HOWTO for 3.3.3r2, but it
might have been a while ago because only the license was in the folder I
found on Google, the documentation was long gone (and it wasn't in LDP,
it was at another web site).
I think this would make a very useful document. I'm sure you'll get
more feedback on this idea, so good luck!
