John,
yes, I can collect the bits together, anything that you've done
would be welcome - at the very least I can put the bits on my web site
for all and sundry (either e-mail them to me or give me an ftp site to
play with). My plan (such as it is) was to move to xml and then make
changes chapter by chapter.
