No. My idea is full disclosure.
I describe a lot of precautions and security measures.
And I don't ship anything similar to a working virus to
avoid assocation with international whatever.

The idea of safe hex can be described from two directions.
chroot/strace and reverse engineering in general can
be used to both debug/develop or to analyze and detect.
And the low-tech approach of projects like www.openantivirus.org
actually requires massive persuasion to foster progress.

We are fishing in two different ponds.
I claim that viruses are not a thread to *nix. Nothing more.
