Talk to me about what you plan to cover. I'm President of CAUCE. Check
out our site, too, and our links.

I wrote an Internet Newbie guide ten years ago, and there were two
questions I couldn't answer at the time: How to view multiple
languages on Web sites, and how to get rid of spam. The good news is
that we're making slow but steady progress on the languages, and we
might get the first round done next year, supporting all major modern
languages.

Then there's the bad news. :(
