Off *my* list ;-) I do not have the energy to determine what the
license means. Having your own license is fine as long as one or more
of the following apply:
(a) your license is a single paragraph and easily understand
(b) someone on your site (eg. FAQ) you explain why u have your own
license, and what it means -- even then I am hesitant as intention and
legal implications are not the same thing.
(c) a trusted open source community member has taken the energy to bless
your license
