I didn't see any Network FAQ, there are couple of Networking HOWTOs. I
think we should have one Networking FAQs as well. If there is one, I can
add my FAQs to that.
Any Suggestions?

This looks like a FAQ about networks, except for xinetd. An FAQ about
Linux would cover more elementary topics. For networks, you could look
over the existing material on networks and then determine how your FAQ
would fit it. What I'm concerned about is having too much duplication
of effort. LDP does need reviewers (including of course reviewing docs
on networks).
