Gary, this is very off-topic. This list is for discussion of Linux
Documentation Project business. It is not for general help with Linux.
That said, get yourself a single floppy Linux distribution (I
recommend toms root boot, http://www.toms.net/rb), and boot to
that. Then mount your root partition read-write, and edit /etc/fstab.
