CVS account setup is out of my control. Serek handles that function.

The changes I made are simple structural changes:
In Usenet-News-HOWTO.sgml :
- Change "book" in your DOCTYPE line to "article"
- Change <book> to <article> (same for closing tag)
- Change <bookinfo> to <articleinfo> (same for closing tag)
In all other SGML files :
- Change <chapter> to <section> (same for closing tag)
That's it. Very easy. 45 seconds to fix ;-)
