Just a heads up, this bug is fixed for single page HTML, but there are
remnants of it still if building from multi-page html. All the sect1
links in the docbook generated TOC fall one page short. Sub-sections
seem to link fine. Single page works fine with or without ldp_print.
(I am working on something where ldp_print might not be an option, if
anyone is wondering why I care :)
