I would also add that this could be integrated into Docbook Install,
probably somewhere along section 3.2.
Actually Howto-Howto also has lots of sections related with Docbook
installation which makes it all interrelated. I find it awkward to have
bits of information spreaded around where all these efforts can be
combined and reduce use of resources.
