Lloyd (ldp at foolswisdom dot org) was reviewing the recently rewritten
Usenet HOWTO which we now maintain. He downloaded the PDF and made the
same comment about our HOWTO. We write SGML and internally use dvips to
and ps2pdf to generate our PDF before submitting the SGML source to LDP.
We never had any problems with our PDF TOC, so we didn't know what Lloyd
was talking about.

Will you please check the Usenet HOWTO PDF on tldp.org? I'm marking a
copy to Lloyd, in case he can clarify what he saw.
