Hi,

Htmldoc produces fantastic looking pdf. Especially as compared to
other available methods. But I've run into a problem (non-LDP)
situation. Every link in the TOC goes to the wrong doc section. Hmmm.
Sometimes, it is close, but still the wrong page. It is very
consistent. This is built using fairly recent Docbook/SGML, and then
converted using current ldp_print and htmldoc. The behavior is the same
with both xpdf and acrobat reader. I can't find anything unsual
looking in the HTML output pre-pdf conversion.

So I look at some our pdf docs to see how this works. I looked at
three docs: HOWTO-HOWTO, Adsl Bandwidth management, and DSL-HOWTO.
These mostly behave as expected, though in DSL-HOWTO, I did hit what
seemed to be a similar problem, though it was not consistent (ie link
from TOC goes to completely the wrong page).

Has anyone run into this, and know if there is a solution? I've
already tried quite a few other methods of generating pdf, and htmldoc
is just plain better looking than anything else I've found. I don't
see they have a way of reporting bugs/anomalies short of paying
$150USD :/
