Normally used is a contextual statement. If I were writing a textbook,
for example, aimed at qualified medical pracitioner's I'd use much
different terms than if I were aiming at their (usually) unqualified
patients. Point your browser at http://www.docbook.org/ and get an
online version of DocBook: The Definitive Guide, by Norman Walsh and
Laeonard Muellner.

Even though I own a paper back version, I tend to refer more to the HTML
version while authoring simple because it's easier to use.

Hmm...I must've missed the tags in the online version, I will go back and
read more carefully.

I see a poor choice in my use of menu. I 'meant' I have to add the tags to
the definitions list of the my editor to get the tags to automagically show
up in different colors, so as to avoid missing closing tags and such. My
editor has built in definitions for Perl (not what I got it for) and HTML
(what I got it for) and the ability to add definition files for tags.

It's only in the last day and a half that I have finally started to make
serious headway on understanding the templates and markup theory as related
to SGML. 2 weeks ago when I downloaded the template and looked at it, I was
VERY confused. Now I'm am only basically confused. :)

Onto the other question inadvertantly raised. In my reading, It seems that
a Table of Contents can be auto generated by openjade translation with
dockook templates. One must merely label the sections properly
<Section>
  <SubSection1>
    <SubSection1a> ....... </subsection1a>
  </subsection1>
  <subsection2> ...... </subsection2>
</Section>

Is that an accurate understanding?

Thanks,
