Can you quote me the first few lines of your sgml file? I'd like to see
what dtd you are using. If it says 4.1 in there, you need to go get the
4.1 package from www.oasis-open.org and add them to your paths. I
believe that may help. The reason I say this is you are currently
pointing to a 4.0/docbook.dcl. I don't know if this is what will fix it
for sure, but I know that the DOCTYPE statement in the sgml file is
extremely fussy. Maybe even changing the version in the sgml file to
4.0 and starting the statement again might work. Always worth a try!
Let me know if that helps!
