gmm, there is no docbook.dcl in that path, only
xml.dcl
i found it in another path alaopenjade -t sgml -d
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/stylesheet/dsssl/ldp/ldp.dsl#html
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/dtd/4.0/docbook.dcl
user-manual.sgml
but I still get the same error.
