I tried implementing this in my HOWTO, and it works just fine &
dandy, with one problem.
I have been building my chunky HTML version in a separate subdirectory
to make packaging easier. With a relative file reference in the
fileref attribute above, I can't build it as I have been doing:
$(DOCUMENT)/index.html: $(DOCUMENT).sgml scripts
rm -r $(DOCUMENT).junk
mv $(DOCUMENT) $(DOCUMENT).junk
mkdir $(DOCUMENT)
cd $(DOCUMENT) ; /usr/bin/jade -t sgml -i html $(indexdsl) $(dslhtml) ../$(DOCUMENT).sgml
I've been doing it essentially by cding into the target
directory. However, now the relative path for the fileref fails.
Of course an absolute path won't be transportable.
Is there any way to tell Openjade to put the output in a different
directory? The -o option does not do it. Then I can get rid of the cd,
and jad will pick up the filerefs correctly.
