You are right dave. It's quite a lot to work on. Stefan replied to me
saying that he is quite busy and wanted to know about the changes I
want to make. I replied to him detailing what I wanted to do. He
hasn't replied to my reply though.

I was disappointed by the fact that it's still in unmaintained list.
It's a well written book and I would like to add some nice things to
make it even better and bring it to active documents so that everybody
reads it.

I will keep you updated on this.
