Right.

Because it's public and has a good annoucement system.
Serek and I are discussing whether we should use a nuke like system to
announce documentation on the first page, just like Greg posts summing
up what's new.

The risk is the lack of feedback or the lack of cooperation, which is
especially strong in documentation. This leads to bad documentation,
which damages the LDP name,

Then what about an "unrated" section, where every document (as longs as
it deals with GNU/Linux related subjects), in every format would be
accepted, without any proofreading?

This "playground" area could be a place for newbie authors to try to
show what they can do before making their document a full fledged HOWTO
in linuxdoc or docbook.
