Yes, it is. I am sure the reviewing and editing team will look into
what happened and take measure to prevent it from happening again. The
policy as discussed long ago, is that if you don't get to the review,
the doc gets passed on to publication. Reviews cannot hold up
publication.
I think everyone here at the LDP regrets that that happened. Please
accept our apologies. We will do better in the future.
