no, it's not. it's an addition of many small projects and it's an all
different beast...

reread cathedral & bazar :-)
HOWTO's are particularly peculiar here. any of them is made by a very narrow
specialist, speaking about his own experience and with no experience of what
is a project.
the autor may never have to do an other such work - he won't learn many
things if he never use them again. Learning docbook is yet too much. linuxdoc
was just fine.
may be this is a shame, but this is LDP, we are LDP, not O'Reilly...
