When distributing it alone. When part of a collection, you only need
the full text once. Therefore, my own docs I only have a reference to
it because I do not plan to publish them separate from the LDP.

I also think that is not a problem for derivative versions. If someone
wants to do a derivative version of my doc, they can add the full
text. That is *not* a relicensing of the doc, since the statement is
already there. IANAL, etc., but that makes sense to me.
