An observation; the distinction between HOWTOs and Mini-HOWTOs doesn't          
appear to be a useful one. If you're looking for information, you'll            
be looking for a particular subject (and the size is irrelevant) -              
thus the two categories should be conflated into a single list.                 
										I'm sure this has been discussed many times before, but I'm interested
in the reasoning behind dismissing the idea.
