Thank you, and I agree that RH is #1.

Will do. I should probably wait until Friday before I do anything to
give them a chance to chime in.
I'm taking off on vacation for three weeks at the end of this
week, so I likely won't do a whole heck of a lot during that time
anyway. I'll be in email contact, though, and will monitor this list.

Maybe we should put together a list of new initiatives for improvement
