We operate by informed consensus and I'm in favor of you going ahead
with this, with RedHat as the first priority. But wait for some others
(such as Guylhem, our leader) to say OK too. We've been (and are)
making progress in improving the quality of our collection. David
Merrill recently classified a number of HOWTOs as unmaintained and Joy
Goodreau is leading a review effort. So it's a shame that just as we
were making some progress in fixing our problems, RedHat dropped us.
Note that I've just proposed (in another post) that we provide a way for
maintainers that want out to search for another maintainer: by putting
such docs on a Wants-New-Maintainer list (or the like).
