Unfortunately, Russian-Tea-HOWTO is not like the Linux humor
"documents". It doesn't have a name that sets it apart as a humor
piece. The sex manpage is mainly humor relating to Linux while the
Tea-HOWTO only has one sentence of such humor in the abstract. The rest
of it is a serious work on preparing Russian tea with a little humor
thrown in here and there. But such humor is related to tea preparation
and not to Linux. In translation from Russian, it's unfortunately lost
some of it's humorous qualities. It even introduces Russian words and a
proverb.

For the sex manpage, the "sex" command is briefly described with it's
arguments and options. Here's one option: -e exhibitionism (image sent
to all machines on net). This page is in man-page format and uses Linux
jargon to create humor. Thus it's Linux related. I laughed. If
someone comes up with say a Linux-Humor-HOWTO, then we might consider it
if it's really funny. But the Russian-Tea-HOWTO is nothing like that so
I don't think we should accept it as a HOWTO.
