This bullshit argument is periodically coming forward since the 60s.
Up to now the internet is build on English. Unless the Chinese
provide their own net, with a complete set of RFCs, FAQs,
operating systems and daemons like bind, sendmail and apache,
nobody has a reason to switch to Chinese.
Which means that either somebody translates existing stuff.
Or they stay beyond the great wall of cultural ignorance.
Anyway, this is not really a rant against the Chinese.
IMHO they are very pragmatic people and will manage the
problems on their own.
