Perhap a HOWTO explaining HOWTO Find Files that are not where they
are said to be in the HOWTOs is in order.
For instance, 'apropos HOWTO' gives me about 20 screens HOWTOs.
"apropos html' gives 13 listing. 'Find' will tell me where.
