Because every language will be treated on an equality basis.

This list is in english, therefore it will go to en.tldp.org. If if the
future we have some list where every language is acceptedm tldp.org will
be fine,

It will automatically redirect to the visitor default language, like
nl.tldp.org, fr.tldp.org...

In the future, we may want to separate the list where we discuss the LDP
and the list where we talk about english documentation.
