Hi Saqib,
I experienced much of the same frustration getting started too. Then I
stumbled on this link:

If you follow the instructions it WILL get you up and running. My only
caveat is that you will want to check if openjade is already installed. At
least make sure the version is higher than the tar.gz version he offers. I
already had the openjade rpm installed in /usr/bin, and now there's a
conflict because the one I downloaded and installed from his site is
installed in /usr/local/bin, and if I don't specify that, it doesn't work
right.
Let me know if that helps. I spent a good month trying to get everything
working right until I stumbled onto this document. Once I followed the
steps everything ran perfectly (at least in my case).
