The HOWTO Template for LinuxDoc gives an example of use of tables
and also shows how it is rendered.

I must admit I got an example sent to me from someone else.
Tables alsways seem to be a pain to set up, be it in LinuxDoc, HTML
or (La)TeX. The fact that tables are rendered differently in IE and NS
does not help either.
