Not at all ... my reaction was exactly the same.
There's a certain cockiness, an arrogance almost, about this text that
leaves a funny after-taste, and makes me wonder whether my first
decisions were right or not. Certainly, as it stands, it doesn't
represent what I believe the LDP stands for. (Almost; but not quite.)
And having read the full document, I now realise the author did *not*
make a mistake in his choice of title -- it *is* an unashamed "How to
write a virus" manual; and as such, I too would be uncomfortable with
including it as it stands in the LDP library.

So, Alexander; thanks for allowing us to read the full text as it
stands -- but how do you feel about slanting it a bit more
"white-hat"-wards?
